Reservation & Booking Procedure

If you are interested in our tour program, please feel free to contact us via email, mobile message, Whatsapp, or phone call. We are happy to answer any questions. When you are ready to make your reservation, you can submit a deposit to secure your booking and we will send you confirmation.

Payment  Method:

All tour prices are in IDR currency.
If you want to book a tour with us, we’ll need a deposit to secure your reservation.

We recommend sending your deposit via paypal for international transactions, with the aim to facilitate confirmation as soon as possible at the time of payment we receive. We can only provide confirmation for your reservation as soon as we receive the advance payment.
For remaining payments, we only accept payment in cash. We’re sorry we are not able to accept payment by credit card.
If possible, the remaining payment will be made one day before the trip begins when our team will meet you either at your hotel or you can come directly to our store on Jl. Soekarno Hatta.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, we will refund the advance payment up to 10 days before your trip.
If you cancel 2-5 days before the trip, you are required to pay a 50% cancellation fee of the package price we have agreed upon.
If you cancel within 1 day of the trip, you are required to pay 100% of the package price we have agreed upon.

Tour Price Components & Tour Program

Pricing for each tour program varies depending upon a variety of factors including the clients needs and requests. Please tell us ahead via e-mail and we will try to design a tour program at your request.

Park Fees at Komodo National Park

If our correspondence about the price of tour program does not include the park fee to Komodo National Park, it means the park fee will be paid by the customer in cash upon arrival at Komodo National Park (Rinca & Komodo Island are the main gates to Komodo National Park). Please take note of the following details but keep in mind that the prices and policies are dictated by the Indonesian government and are subject to change. Please inquire for current park fees.

• Park fee is only valid for one day, so if you do trekking in Rinca and Komodo Island two different days, you will pay the entrance fee twice.
• For a normal day the Park fee consist of: Entrance fee: IDR. 150.000/person, Ranger fee: IDR. 80.000 / group (1 – 5 pax), Government tax: IDR. 100.000/pax, Snorkeling Fee: IDR. 15.000/pax.
• Every Sunday and the others public holiday in Indonesia, the Park fee consist of: Entrance fee: IDR. 225.000/person, Ranger fee: IDR. 80.000 / group (1 – 5 pax), Goverment tax: IDR. 50.000/pax, Snorkeling Fee: IDR. 15.000/pax.
• Special for Kanawa Island: if you enter the island via harbour/jetty of Kanawa Island and use their facility, you should pay the fee: IDR. 50.000. But if you are just swimming and snorkeling at this location, you do not need to pay.

Recommended Pack List

During your travel date, please pay attention to bring some important things as mentioned beneath such as: enough cash, proper walking shoes, trousers, sweater, jackets, raincoat, waterproof hiking boots (in rainy season), sleeping bag for village tour program (if you sleep in the village), long sleeves, sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito spray, malaria prevention pill, sun lotion, towel, snorkel gear, swimsuit, portable flashlight, reading book, sandals, camera, replacement batteries, battery charger, medicine, first aid kit, passport, visa, airline tickets, or any other important travel documents.

Condition of Tour Facilities

Our tours are competitively priced and well matched for the more adventurous traveller. We’re highly committed to serving our clients wholeheartedly but remember, our tours are off the beaten path and based on adventure and an authentic local experience. Other than Labuan Bajo, locations are remote and less developed so tour-facilities are more limited. Do not expect luxury accommodations and services like on Bali. We want you to be aware that most of the tour facilities such as accommodations, restaurant, boat trip, etc. are simple and basic but they are clean and perfectly functional.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is always a good idea no matter where you’re traveling. Keep in mind that travel insurance is not included in the tour price and we recommend purchasing travel insurance for Indonesia ahead of your trip.

Indonesian Domestic Airlines

There are sometimes cancellations or delays with domestic flights. It is highly recommended that you reconfirm your departure flight schedule at least 48 hours before you are flying.

Our Limitation & Responsibility

We will do our best to ensure you have a great experience on a tour with us. Keep in mind we only act in a capacity as a local tour & travel organizer to arrange your tour, transportation, accommodation, tour guide service and so on which is dependent on our dealing tour price. We are not responsible for any personal belongings missing, damage, delay, cancellations or irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death and any natural disaster such as: bad weather, landslide, storm, or anything beyond of our control.

Bank & Money Changer

Banks and Money changers are acceptable to change foreign currency but it is a very poor rate of exchange. Money changer is also very limited in our region and if you are departing from Bali or any well-developed touristic area in Indonesia, it’s better changing your currency there, before traveling to our region and we highly recommend bringing an ATM card that doesn’t charge international fees with you for cash withdrawls. Every town on Flores has ATM service but keep in mind withdrawing large amounts are limited. Outside of Labuan Bajo, most of the hotels, restaurants, mini markets are cash only and only a few accept credit card.
